Frequently asked questions

What button starts the conversion?

Click Run after your image appears under Selected Image and you have chosen an output format. The button shows Running… while the file is converted.

Which formats are supported?

Input and output: JPG, PNG, and WebP (max 5 MB per file).

Will transparency be preserved?

PNG and WebP support transparency; converting to JPG flattens transparent areas on a white background.

Why is the download filename random?

The converted file is named with a short random code (for example aBc12XyZ9mN4pQ7r.webp) so your original image filename is not copied into the download.

Can I convert another image after downloading?

Yes. Remove the file with ✕ or upload a new image, change the output format if needed, then click Run again.
