Image Resizer / Cropper Guide

Crop exactly what you select, or resize the full image to a preset size from the center—always without stretching. Upload, adjust the crop or output size, run, and download with a private random filename.

How it works
  1. Upload an image (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, TIFF; max 5 MB).
  2. Crop mode: drag on the preview to select a region. Output width and height update to match your selection (e.g. 892×1123 px). Click Run to export only that area at those dimensions.
  3. Preset / full-image mode: click a size preset (e.g. 640×480) or Use Full Image. The tool scales from the center and crops to the exact output size while keeping proportions—no squeeze or stretch.
  4. Optionally change Output width and height before running. In crop mode, a different size fits your selection inside the box without distorting it.
  5. Click Download when finished (random filename). Use Review / Feedback to share comments.
Two ways to resize
  • Crop selection Drag a rectangle on the image. The output uses only that area. Default output size equals the selection (e.g. 892×1123 px).
  • Center resize (presets) For presets like 640×480 on a 2000×2000 image, the image is scaled uniformly from the center and cropped to 640×480—like a photo editor “cover” crop, not stretched.
  • Custom output size Change width and height manually. Crop mode preserves aspect ratio inside your box; preset mode uses center crop on the full image.
  • Private filename Downloads use a random name, not your original file title.

FAQ

Why did my image look stretched before?

Output is no longer forced to arbitrary width and height with distortion. Crop mode uses your selection; preset mode scales proportionally from the center.

If I select 892×1123 pixels, what do I get?

Exactly that crop at 892×1123 px (unless you change the output dimensions, in which case the crop is fitted inside the new size without stretching).

What happens with a 640×480 preset on a square image?

The image is scaled so it fully covers 640×480, then the center is cropped to those exact pixels—uniform scale, no stretch.

Which formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, and TIFF up to 5 MB.
